“Moving across the world taught me that location won’t fix you, but it will give you new places to cry about the same problems.”

This hit me.

I know how that feels because I felt it too. I once thought that moving to a new location would make me a better person, a changed person.

Oh well, nothing much has changed. And that's where I realize that the location is not the problem, it's my habits.

At the end of the day, what matters is what we do with the time that we have every single day.

Anyone can move to a new location, yet still be the same after how many years have passed because they still have the same daily habits and routines.

Unless you change what you do, nothing will change.

Your daily habits determine your success. So if you are thinking of changing your life, fix your habits first. Change your mindset.

As someone who struggles with romantic relationships, this article is very relatable.

I often find it difficult to accept that I'm flawed and imperfect. So, when I make a tiny mistake, I severely blame myself, feel regret, and disappointed in myself. I'll remember, 'Mistakes are proof of life‘.

And I love your writing and topics! 🫶🏻 I'm also interested in writing, and I hope to write like you someday. Thank you for sharing!

I'm so glad this piece resonated with you... maybe write that 'Mistakes are proof of life‘. on a little note that you can see every day. Just to remind yourself that you're human, we all are. No one's perfect, as much as the internet loves to make us think some people are. So happy to have you here and just start writing, okay? Starting is the hardest part. ✨☺️

I can totally relate to this! A powerful reminder to go easy on myself when I fumble, and at the same time give others grace when they make mistakes.

Heartfelt and witty. Your videos and writing always strike a chord with me. I loved the line about your journal. I used to fill two journals a year, and now, I'm going through one every eight weeks or so. Hey, perhaps thats what progress for me looks like. If I cant write it or draw it, I cant understand it.

This was a fantastic read. And as for poor choices and red flags,,, you said yourself choices aren't even flags. I do very much relate to making poor choices, I guess sometimes we all forget we are human,, humans make mistakes. I'm personally still learning to go easier on myself with such things.

Again tho this was a great read,,

Thank you so much, and yes it’s that simple… we are human and humans make mistakes. I for one will be learning to go easier on myself likely for the rest of my life, haha 🙃
